For that reason, to avoid going over required level 150 on accident, always add the socket fillers before adding orbs. This means for example if you have a belt with required level 20, add one unique orb (level penalty +10) and socket a Rha rune (required level 100), you get a belt with required level 100+10 = 110. Warning! The level requirement penalty is applied after taking into account both the base item reqired level and the level of any socket fillers. You can't apply the Unique Mystic Orb if the required level of the item would become higher than your character level.
When you get to act 5 youll be getting 7500 gold per apple. Early on collect all the amulets, rings and apples you see.
You can only apply up to 5 of the same Unique Mystic Orb to your item. Since magic items are more common in this game than D2, they arent worth as much, so I wouldnt bother with scrolls unless its an item you can use. Any non-ethereal equippable item + Unique Mystic Orb → add orb bonus and +10 required level
